The LAS team have over 80 years of experience in land assembly systems design and development.
Graham is responsible for the design and development of our systems and services. Prior to joining LAS Graham was responsible for the development of land assembly software for use on major development projects such as Crossrail, Heathrow T5 and HS2.
During his career, Graham has been involved in all stages of systems development and integration, from design to support. He is a member of Mensa.
Bernie takes responsibility for delivery of our systems and services to customers. As a delivery director, Bernie has been responsible for delivery of land assembly services and systems for major development projects including West Coast Main Line, Crossrail, Heathrow T5 and HS2.
Bernie has a well-deserved reputation for motivating people, and meticulous attention to detail, as a means to achieving wider project objectives on time and within budget. She is a certified PRINCE2 practitioner.
John is responsible for the development of the business. Prior to forming Land Assembly Services, John was a founding director of TerraQuest Solutions where, as technical director and later as managing director, he gained knowledge and experience in designing and implementing land assembly systems for major infrastructure and development projects – including HS1, London Docklands and Black Country Development Corporations, Heathrow Terminal 5 and Crossrail.
John holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate and Construction Management and an RICS Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management.
